Two military cert petitions set for 7 Dec conference

The Supremes have scheduled the Jenkins and Washington cert petitions for the 7 December conference. The S.G. waived the right to respond to each of them, so unless the Court invites a response, they will be denied on the first order list after the 7 December conference.
